Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, marketing, analytics, supply chain, retail management or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in space planning, merchandising, category management, retail analytics, assortment planning, or related.
• Space-Planning Tools: NIQ Spaceman, Blue Yonder/JDA, Apollo or similar platform experience preferred.
• Analytical skills: work with sales, inventory, and market data, identify trends and translate into merchandising actions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Retail and category knowledge including planograms and shopper insights.
• Execution discipline with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Business communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Create, revise, version, and publish planograms for Consumer Health categories.
• Manage the annual category reset calendar and assortment changes.
• Translate category strategy into executable shelf layouts.
• Maintain item data including dimensions, images and identifiers for accurate planograms.
• Use sales, inventory and market data to evaluate space productivity and opportunities.
• Coordinate with teams and suppliers on substitutions and actions to ensure readiness.
• Develop SOPs, templates and controls to improve accuracy and scalability.
• Collaborate across Category Management, Planning, Marketing and Sales functions.
• Prepare planogram metrics and analyses for reviews and leadership decisions.
