CarMax is seeking a Senior Analyst in Financial Controls and Compliance to manage SOX controls and drive the company’s compliance program. You will partner across the organization to evaluate risk, maintain controls, and support testing with auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with Accounting focus; CPA/CIA preferred.
• Four+ years general accounting experience; public accounting preferred.
• Experience with US GAAP, SOX, PCAOB, and COSO framework required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SOX controls and Flowcharts in Workiva with control owners.
• Support scoping, materiality, and risk assessment for internal controls over financial reporting.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors for SOX testing procedures.
