The Senior Analyst for Silviculture and Forest Operations is a highly visible individual contributor who combines technical forestry expertise with business analysis to support investment performance, operational excellence, and sustainable forest management. This role provides analytical leadership, decision support, project coordination, and continuous improvement across disciplines including forest genetics, reforestation, vegetation management, forest nutrition, harvesting, resource planning, research, procurement, and certification. Working closely with operational, finance, investment, client, safety, and environmental teams, the successful candidate will influence key business decisions and help advance innovative forestry practices across North America.

Referenced Salary Location Charlotte, North Carolina Working Arrangement Hybrid Salary range is expected to be between $88,200.00 USD - $152,880.00 USD Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
