Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in human resources or a related field, or completion of an undergraduate degree and currently pursuing a post‑graduate HR certificate, with an expected graduation Spring 2027.
  • Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills with sound judgment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and a drive to make meaningful change.
  • Ability to influence through data and clear reasoning.
  • A natural curiosity to learn and apply new skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

Referenced Salary Location Boston, Massachusetts

Working Arrangement Hybrid Salary range is expected to be between $73,350.00 USD - $122,250.00 USD. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
