What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Capture and document requirements to build custom health plan reports for local interventions and provider outreach
- Develop and QA reports related to Risk and Quality/HEDIS for Medicaid, Marketplace, and Medicare
- Conduct root cause analysis for business data issues and support special performance improvement projects
- Analyze data sets for trends, anomalies, and opportunities using SQL, PowerBI, and other tools
- Collaborate with national Risk and Quality department to test pre-production reporting for assigned health plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in data mapping, scrubbing, and cleaning
- 3-5 years of experience in a Managed Care Organization with SQL and data design
- 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Hadoop
- 3-5 years of experience in HEDIS analysis and performance management metrics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with complex data quantification and financial/performance management analysis
- Familiarity with agile business environments and data mining techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills in data-related issues and reporting changes
