Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Prepares, records, verifies and analyzes Accounts Payable transactions.
• Prepares and generates various scheduled and special reports and participates in special projects relating to the activities of the unit.
• Processes remittance information from checks, drafts and wire transfers presented to the Company for payment by customers.
• Receives, researches and resolves a variety of escalated internal and external customer inquiries concerning account status.
• Analyzes and reconciles various accounts by researching and identifying errors in posting and omissions in completing individual transactions.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
