Responsibilities

• Oversees P&L financial reporting for Connectivity & Platforms, ensuring complete and accurate results for key stakeholders.
• Provides budget, forecast, and variance analysis with insights and recommendations.
• Prepares monthly analysis of results for senior leadership including revenue and operating expense variance analysis and headcount reporting.
• Partners with FP&A, Financial Applications, Accounting, Corporate, and Investor Relations to ensure consistent reporting.
• Collaborates on special projects, offering financial expertise to drive project success.
• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Excel, Hyperion Essbase/Smart View, and OneStream; performs additional business operations duties as needed.
• Delivers finance project support to senior leaders to aid strategic growth and operational improvement.
• Exercises independent judgment and discretion in significant matters; maintains punctual attendance; may require nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsible for providing financial and operational analysis to senior management in support of business unit decision-making, looking for risks and opportunities. Oversees accounting transactions and maintains books of accounts, ensuring that all financial data is recorded within generally accepted accounting principles consistent with Company policies.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversees P&L financial reporting for Connectivity & Platforms ensuring completeness & accuracy of results for key stakeholders.

• Providing budget, forecast, and variance analysis, offering insights and recommendations to improve financial management

• Prepares the monthly analysis of results for the senior leadership team including revenue and operating expense variance analysis, personnel cost analysis, headcount reporting, and other analysis on the key operational drivers of the financial results.


• Partners with various teams such as FP&A, Financial Applications, Accounting, Corporate, and Investor Relations to understand reporting updates and maintain consistent reporting across the company.

• Collaborating on special projects, offering financial expertise and analysis to drive project success

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Hyperion Essbase/Smart View, and OneStream preferred.


• Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.

• Partnering with business leaders to deliver on finance projects that support decision-making on strategic growth and operational effectiveness

• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.


• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime, as necessary.
