Summary: This is a full-time position within an Analyst team. The Analyst II will manage the marketing process, prepare analysis presentations, and provide support to senior team members. The role involves developing relationships with broker partners and carriers, and working proactively to deliver services effectively and efficiently to clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including gathering marketing materials, preparing RFPs, collaborating and negotiating with carriers, organizing data, following up on responses, and providing recommendations to broker partners.
2. Ensure timely entry of all client data into Smartsheet and proper document storage.
3. Interpret and articulate carrier and vendor responses to broker partners.
4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with broker partners and carriers.
5. Deliver sold case notices to appropriate carriers when coverage is sold or moved.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of ancillary benefit plan designs, contracts, benefits marketplace, industry trends, carrier products, and services.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Effective time management and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Diligent follow-up skills.

Education and/or Experience:

• College degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience or a high school diploma with at least 10 years of group benefits experience.
