Job summary

AXA XL, a leading P&C and specialty risk insurer, seeks a Senior Analyst in Regulatory Compliance Services to manage state filing processes, review bureau circulars, and coordinate with IT to implement approved product changes. The role supports the Senior Manager with regulatory filings and compliance objectives.

The candidate will work across Exton, PA and other U.S. locations, aligning filings with business needs and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SERFF filings or ISO processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance state filings and bureau products.
  • Excellent analytical, detail-oriented and organized work style; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

  • Submit new product filings, enhancements, and bureau reference filings to U.S. regulators via SERFF. Review state objections and coordinate with actuary and units to draft responses.
  • Review Bureau Circulars for Commercial P&C, analyze impact on rates/rules/forms, and inform business units for filings and decisions.
  • Inform IT teams of product changes to ensure systems update after filings approvals.

Senior Analyst, Regulatory Compliance Services

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Submit via SERFF new product filings, product enhancements, and bureau reference filings to U.S. insurance regulators. You will be involved in reviewing state objections and working with actuary, business units and other staff within the team to assist in the drafting of state objection responses.
  • Review Bureau Circulars for Commercial P&C business. Coordinate required actions to comply with state requirements. This responsibility includes but is not limited to: Analyze bureau circulars/bulletins in a timely manner to determine the impact on companies' rates, rules, and forms. Provide accurate information to the relevant business units so that they can remain current with industry filings and make informed product decisions.
  • Communicate to IT teams all product changes to ensure systems are updated based on state filings approvals.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Regulatory Compliance Services.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is USD $64,600- $107,300.

Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual’s skills, experience and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues’ pay.
