Capital One Travel is seeking a Senior Analyst in Revenue and Commissions Operations within Finance Operations. You will lead receivables processes, reconcile payments, and manage risk while collaborating across Finance, Operations, Product, and Business teams to streamline workflows toward a future-state model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of Financial Services experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Risk Management, Finance or a combination.
• Preferred: Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or quantitative field.
• Experience with ERP-based accounting system.
• SOX environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect and reconcile customer receivables.
• Record and apply customer payments on a daily basis.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding receivables.
• Own financial reconciliation data and reporting.
• Reconcile daily deposits between bank account and accounting system.
• Monitor inboxes and reply to internal and external stakeholders regarding invoices and payments.
