Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of Financial Services experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Risk Management, Finance or a combination.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect and reconcile customer receivables.
• Record and apply customer payments on a daily basis.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding receivables.
• Own financial reconciliation data and reporting.
• Reconcile daily deposits between bank account and accounting system.
• Monitor inboxes and reply to stakeholders regarding invoices and payments.
• Manage and resolve payments in the A/R Suspense account.
• Support risk management activities over enhanced control environment.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Product, and Business teams to streamline processes.
• Drive efficiencies through automation and elimination of manual processes.
