A leading health solutions company is seeking a Senior Analyst to manage onboarding processes and drive project improvements across multiple business lines. Position Summary
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for driving process improvement efforts and managing projects related to onboarding temporary and fulltime staff. The Sr. Analyst will collaborate to implement best practices, lead operational efficiencies and cross-functional communication, and work closely with IT, Communications, and Training teams to execute and optimize hiring and onboarding processes. This role will impact multiple lines of business across the enterprise, including Medicare, Medicaid, IFP, PQOC and QR teams.
Additional responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:
- Support project managers in managing health care quality projects, performance improvement, and initiatives
- Collaborate and engage with stakeholders across teams to drive results; able to form and lead virtual teams
- Support strategy execution to drive a service and continuous improvement culture in the HEDIS organization.
- Able to effectively communicate information, impact, and influence across teams and business areas to drive business performance
- Manage small to medium size projects to improve HEDIS operations across lines of business
- Oversight of equipment ordering, shipping, and retrieval processes
- Support multiple colleagues and processes by troubleshooting and problem-solving problem equipment and technology related issues
- Manage access requests and create and consistently iterate on best practices
- Create Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) to clearly document all work processes; oversight of organizational SOPs
- Maintenance of organizational SharePoint site with team resources
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of related project management experience
- 3 years of Quality Management/HEDIS experience
- Proven management experience in a metrics driven and deadline driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple functional business objectives.
- Advanced skill level with MS Office Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good business acumen, professional communication skills both written and verbal
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

Full timePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
