The role coordinates with stakeholders across the organization, develops detailed requirement documents, and helps govern processes to ensure compliant, efficient enrollment operations.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of operations/analyst experience in a managed care/health insurance setting.
• Policy/government and legislative review knowledge.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develops requirement documents for coverage, reimbursement and system changes.
• Monitors regulatory sources to ensure updates are aligned.
• Clarifies and documents unique specifications for projects.
• Supports governance committees and cross-functional collaboration.
• Documents changes to business processes and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Provides status updates to leaders and stakeholders.
• Communicates interpretations and changes across teams for alignment.
• Codifies requirements for system configuration where applicable.
• Develops requirement standards and best practices for consistency across states.
