Job summary

Angi in Denver seeks a Director of Large Pro Operations to lead Senior Managers and own high-stakes strategic priorities for our largest pro partners. You will translate ambiguous priorities into a clear roadmap, align with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Operations, and report to the SVP of Large Pro.

This role blends hands-on strategy and team-building, with field engagement to spot growth opportunities, coach teams, and present directly to pros when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 8+ years of professional experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business development, or operations.
• Experience managing or leading people.
• Management consulting experience at a top firm strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills for senior audiences.
• Data-driven with a bias for action.
• Startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Managers and their workstreams.
• Set the strategic agenda for the Large Pro Strategy function.
• Build and refine frameworks, processes, and standards of rigor (data diligence, business case structure, presentation quality).
• Represent the team's work to the SVP of Large Pro and senior stakeholders.
• Hire and onboard new team members as the function scales.
• Independently own the most complex strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
• Dive into data to identify opportunities and build business cases.
• Work with high-value customers to solve problems that drive growth.
• Program manage large cross-functional changes over months.
• Proactively leverage GenAI tools to synthesize data and improve proposals.
