Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure investing, private capital, or project finance.
• Experience or coursework in financial modeling, valuation, or infrastructure project analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Python, SQL, or specialized modeling software is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Interest in infrastructure markets, sustainable investments, and alternative asset strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and valuations for infrastructure projects and funds (e.g., energy, transportation, utilities)
• Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including technical, financial, and regulatory considerations
• Support sourcing, execution, and monitoring of infrastructure equity and debt investments
• Track portfolio performance, including cash flows, P&L, and key operational metrics
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reporting materials for senior management and investment committees
• Monitor market trends, policy developments, and infrastructure sector performance to inform investment strategy
• Develop and maintain dashboards, analytical tools, and reports for investment insights
• Identify process improvements and efficiencies in deal tracking, reporting, and portfolio management
