Job summary

KKR in Boston seeks a Senior Analyst to support compliance testing and analysis across asset classes including fixed income and real assets. You will assist with day-to-day reviews of guideline compliance for reinsurance clients and state regulators, while enabling pre-trade compliance initiatives and AI-driven analyses.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop a broad understanding of asset classes invested in by KKR’s Insurance segment.
Support day-to-day reviews of investment guideline compliance reports for reinsurance clients and state regulatory bodies.
Launch of new sidecar compliance processes.
Help respond to client inquiries.
Run ad-hoc analysis / scenario-based testing for the Investments Team.
