Job summary

KKR is seeking a Senior Analyst to support $220bn+ compliance testing and analysis across asset classes including fixed income, illiquid credit, ABS, and real assets. The role emphasizes day-to-day reviews of guideline compliance, onboarding new pre-trade rules, and leveraging AI to automate analyses.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience, an understanding of fixed income, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Understanding of Fixed Income asset classes.
• Interest in finance/investments with basic accounting knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill set.
• Ability to work with Portfolio Managers and senior management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop a broad understanding of all asset classes invested in by KKR’s Insurance segment.
• Support day-to-day reviews of investment guideline compliance reports for reinsurance clients and state regulators.
• Launch new sidecar compliance processes.
• Assist in responding to client inquiries.
• Run ad-hoc analysis / scenario-based testing for the Investments Team.
