Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in intergovernmental affairs or governance/support roles.
  • Experience in development or humanitarian contexts desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Executive Board sessions and related documentation.
  • Maintain centralized repository of Executive Board decisions and actions.
  • Coordinate with UN bodies and Member States for intergovernmental affairs.
  • Track deadlines and publish Board documents on UNOPS site.
  • Provide briefing notes, talking points, and material for senior management.
  • Support knowledge management and internal communications.
