Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company in Hartford is seeking a Senior Analyst, Coverage & Forms to support revisions and enhancements of policy forms, coverage rules and customer notifications. You will help develop insurance product strategies and work with business and product teams to align forms with regulatory requirements.

You may present to leadership, create filing documentation, and ensure state filings compliance.

Qualifications

Three years of insurance forms/product development, claims, or legal experience.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, forms, coverage, compliance, and regulatory environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with development of insurance product and coverage strategies with business and product teams.
May create and conduct formal presentations for leadership.
Create and revise policy and non-policy forms and filing documentation.
Validate form changes meet state regulation using compliance tools.
Present and seek input from stakeholders for approvals of forms.
Conduct basic competitor coverage analysis to inform strategies.
Perform impact analysis and coordinate form changes across product teams.
Ensure form workflow processes align with state filings and testing tools.
Support implementation of form changes in systems and related communications.
