Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Sr Analyst, Coverage & Forms to help revise and enhance policy forms, coverage rules, and customer notifications. You will support development of insurance product, coverage, and form strategies in collaboration with business and product teams.

The role requires 3 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of insurance products, contracts, forms, coverage, compliance, regulatory environment, and insurance financials.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of insurance product and coverage strategies and product development initiatives in conjunction with business and product teams.
• May create and conduct formal presentations for leadership.
• Create filing documentation and assist with responses to Department of Insurance questions.
• Validate and confirm form changes meet state regulation and statutes using compliance tools and other resources.
• Present and seek input from key stakeholders to gain agreement and approvals of forms.
