Job summary

JetBlue seeks an Analyst, Inflight Regulatory Standards in Orlando to support the Manager and Senior Analyst with maintaining inflight standards, documentation, and compliance tracking. This role also serves as a first contact for routine crewmember policy questions and triages inquiries needing regulatory interpretation.

The position involves updating manuals and communications, coordinating with JetBlue University, and preparing dashboards and reports for review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational abilities and multi-project coordination.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data management tools.
• Ability to understand and apply federal guidance to policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Analyst with maintenance and updating of FAA-related regulatory documentation.
• Prepare draft revisions and notices for review and approval.
• Update references, tags and documentation tracking tools.
• Ensure regulatory forms, policies, and communications are current.
• Maintain Inflight Standards SharePoint and related content.
• Collect data for audits and log corrective actions.
