Job summary

A-SIH is seeking an experienced property accountant in the United States to manage month-end close, review hotel revenue, and perform reconciliations of cash, card, and balance sheet accounts. You will prepare property financial statements and support P&L and variance analysis, communicating results to property managers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle accounting, hands-on journal entries and accruals, and solid knowledge of US GAAP and general ledger operations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of full-cycle or general accounting experience with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Hands-on experience with journal entries, accruals, balance-sheet reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, general ledger accounting, and U.S. accounting operations.
