Qualifications

• 2+ years of health plan benefit concepts experience.
• 1+ year of SQL experience.
• 1+ year of claims processing experience.
• 1+ year experience with Jira.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint or Google Docs Editors.
• 1+ year Python experience.
• Experience working in health insurance/claims.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and summarize process behavior to expedite design/solutioning.
• Translate configuration enabling internal teams to resolve escalations.
• Process Jira tickets to support member escalation resolution.
• Identify and pilot opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Triage and manage workflows of ingested items.
• Investigate escalations via tickets or other pathways.
• Maintain/configure contract settings and document workflow updates.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Approve work-in-progress contact configuration inquiries.
• Assist with documentation and implementation of workflow updates.
