Jerry.ai is hiring for a Business Operations & Analytics role embedded in a core business unit. You will drive data-driven decisions, build dashboards, and surface insights to inform product, growth, and partnerships initiatives.

You will own analytical function end-to-end, push back on flawed questions, define metrics, and enable leadership with clear data narratives. Remote-friendly with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-growth or analytics-led environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to structure problems, design experiments, and tell a clear data story.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership.

Responsabilités

• Define key business questions and determine the data needed to answer them.
• Build reports and dashboards; run analyses and experiments to inform decisions.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to product, growth, and partnerships teams.
