National Grid is seeking a Lead Analyst for Flexibility Market Development. The role focuses on accelerating grid flexibility initiatives, DER integration, and market development in Massachusetts and New York regions.

The position involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver ESMP capabilities at scale. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in grid flexibility or related fields, strong stakeholder engagement, and a solid understanding of regulatory environments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in grid flexibility, DERs, NWAs, or grid services development.
• Experience collaborating with utilities, DER developers, aggregators, or energy market stakeholders.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Understanding of Massachusetts clean energy landscape preferred.
