Rocket Money is seeking a fraud operations professional to own the day-to-day health of AML and fraud alert queues, ensuring timely investigations and high-quality decisions across the platform.

You will investigate and escalate complex cases, prepare SAR referrals, support partner audits, and measure controls by reviewing rule performance and feeding patterns into tuning to improve detection and efficiency.
