Overview
The Senior Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis plays a critical role by creating financial forecasts for the company’s core lines of business and preparing recurring reports that inform capital planning and asset management across the portfolio.
The Senior Analyst will collaborate with various internal departments and external partners to carry out assignments under the guidance of senior members of the Transactions team. The role requires well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.

Department Summary
The Transactions Department manages the development cycle from acquisition to stabilization, including redevelopment and disposition. It involves sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and closing acquisitions, as well as sourcing and finalizing project financing. The team also supports design decisions to maximize returns and manages diligence, investment processes, and reporting for Durst Ventures.
Salary range: $115,000 - $145,000 annually
