Job summary

You will manage month-end close, analyze investment products, and collaborate with executive leadership to drive improvements in processes and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in financial services or Big 4.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles for financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and quarter-end accounting activities.
• Analyze and account for a broad range of investment products and transactions.
• Own recurring financial reporting processes and ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Oversee activity with compliance to fund agreements and accounting policies.
• Assist with preparation and review of annual financial statements and related reporting.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization.
• Perform and support reconciliations between internal and external resources.
• Investigate discrepancies and provide management recommendations.
• Support process improvements as needed.
• Assist with special projects.
