Dentsu seeks a Senior Analyst for Financial Services Direct Mail Marketing Analytics to translate business problems into scalable models. You will design predictive models for response, ROI, and LTV, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns.

You will develop segmentation strategies, conduct A/B tests, and build data pipelines using Python, SQL (BigQuery preferred), and Tableau to deliver actionable insights while ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 4+ years in analytics/marketing analytics in financial services or related industry.
• Direct experience with direct mail marketing analytics, campaign optimization, or customer acquisition modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery preferred) and Python.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques: regression, segmentation, propensity modeling, and experimental design.
• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and understanding of financial services compliance requirements.

The annual salary range for this position is $78,000 -$93,338.
