Randstad USA is recruiting an FP&A leader for a Reamstown, PA area manufacturing facility. This role blends financial analyst, business analyst, and data analyst responsibilities to support forecasting, budgeting, and costing analysis.

The successful candidate will work in a remote/hybrid arrangement and partner with operations to drive cost improvements. The position offers a competitive salary of $100,000 - $130,000 per year for first shift with 8 AM–4 PM hours.

Qualifications

• 5 years of FP&A experience in manufacturing or similar.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts focused on plant operations, COGS, and labor efficiency.
• Collaborate with managers to analyze manufacturing performance.
• Develop and maintain financial models for production, capacity planning, and capital investments.
• Analyze monthly results and communicate key drivers to leadership.
• Support inventory analysis including turns and obsolescence.
• Prepare monthly management reporting with KPIs like gross margin and throughput.
• Assist pricing analysis, margin improvements, and profitability by product/customer.
• Support CapEx planning, tracking, and ROI analysis; drive cost savings with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare reports for customers, suppliers, banks, tax and audits.
• Support executive and board-level ad hoc analysis.

Responsibilities

• Annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, with a focus on plantoperations, cost of goods sold (COGS), and labor efficiency
• Collaborate with managers and operational leaders to analyze manufacturingperformance
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models related to production, capacityplanning, and capital investments
• Analyze monthly financial results and clearly communicate key drivers to leadership
• Support inventory analysis, including turns, excess & obsolete inventory, and absorption impacts
• Prepare and enhance monthly management reporting packages, including KPIs such as gross margin, throughput, and utilization
• Assist with pricing analysis, margin improvement initiatives, and customer/product profitability
• Support capital expenditure (CapEx) planning, tracking, and ROI analysisWork cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, and operations to identify cost savings and process improvements
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting automation, and data accuracy
• Prepare reporting packages and information for external parties such as customers, suppliers, insurance companies, bank, tax and audit.
• Support executive-level and board reporting, including ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives
