Job summary

24 Hour Home Care, part of TEAM Services Group, seeks a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across the organization. You will partner with Finance and operations to deliver insights, support closing processes, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related financial role.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business performance metrics.
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Assist in strengthening internal controls, financial processes, and reporting accuracy while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, supporting knowledge sharing and professional development.

The Role:

The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst supports strategic financial planning, forecasting, and business performance across the organization. This role partners with Finance and operational leaders to develop financial models, analyze business performance, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and deliver actionable insights that support executive decision‑making. The Senior FP&A Analyst also contributes to process improvements, reporting enhancements, and the development of junior team members.
