ICONIQ is seeking a Senior Analyst or Associate for Family Office Advisory to support premier clients with personal, financial, and administrative needs across NY and SF. You will coordinate with advisors and experts to deliver seamless service and rigorous, client-ready materials.

The role emphasizes discretion, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a hybrid onsite policy in New York or San Francisco.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in wealth management or related financial services roles.
• Strong client service orientation with discretion and confidentiality.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams across investments, operations, tax, and legal.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the point of contact for day-to-day client requests and ensure a high-touch, seamless experience.
• Coordinate with internal partners across investments, operations, treasury, tax, and legal to support execution and resolve issues.
• Support wealth transfer, tax, insurance, philanthropic, and estate planning initiatives by preparing information and gathering documentation.
• Build trusted relationships with estate managers, chiefs of staff, executive assistants, accountants, attorneys, and other intermediaries.
• Maintain accurate client information and project tracking within CRM and key systems.
