ICONIQ in New York and San Francisco seeks an Analyst for Family Office Advisory to support high net worth client relationships, onboarding, and service delivery, coordinating with Relationship Managers and Specialists to ensure tailored execution.

You will be the day-to-day contact for client needs, advocate for client preferences, and collaborate with legal and tax advisers on wealth transfer, asset protection, and philanthropic initiatives, delivering high-touch service.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant industry experience. Family office, wealth management, or other experience working with high net worth families is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiasm, and a strong aptitude for learning.
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees to exceed clients’ expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage operations for client relationships and/or support Family Office Specialists, Relationship Managers, or Associates on large client relationships.
• Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day client service needs.
• Develop understanding of assigned clients’ expectations to serve as a knowledgeable client advocate and ensure tailored execution.
• Drive high client satisfaction through excellent service and proactive problem solving.
• Help maintain trusted relationships with key client intermediaries such as estate managers and executive assistants.
• Collaborate with legal counsel and tax advisers on wealth transfer strategies and philanthropic initiatives.
• Execute and manage new client onboarding and account transfers.
• Perform investment operations, bill pay, and lifestyle services for assigned clients with high-touch service.
• Support partnerships with internal teams on client service processes and workflow.
