Job summary

Wedbush Securities invites applications for a Senior Analyst to join the AI Infrastructure Equity Research team covering neoclouds and data center buildout. You will own models, shape industry views, and publish research relied on by institutional investors.

The role offers exposure to leading data center and AI compute trends, interaction with management teams, and opportunities to influence market perspectives. Prior experience in networking or hardware and FINRA licensing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; advanced degree (MBA, MS) or CFA a plus.
• 5-10+ years of relevant industry experience in networking or data center sectors.
• Strong financial modeling and presentation skills for institutional investors.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain detailed earnings and valuation models across neoclouds, hyperscale, and data center buildout universe.
• Analyze industry trends, capacity growth, power and cooling constraints, financing structures, and AI compute demand.
• Publish weekly and monthly written research with direct authorship and accountability for views.

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our AI InfrastructureEquity Research team, with a primary focus on Neoclouds & DataCenter Buildout. What You Will Do

As a senior contributor to our AI infrastructure research team, youwill own critical analysis that shapes institutional investment strategies:

• Own and maintain detailed earnings and valuation models across theneocloud, hyperscale, and data center buildout universe, includingGPU cloud providers, colocation and wholesale data center operators,and the broader capex supply chain
• Analyze industry trends, capacity growth, power and coolingconstraints, financing structures, contract economics, and the paceof AI compute demand, and translate them into differentiated,actionable investment conclusions
• Produce weekly and monthly written research publications read byinstitutional investors and internal trading desks, with directauthorship and accountability for the views published
• Develop marketing materials and represent the team's viewsdirectly to clients and institutional salespeople
• Build and maintain direct relationships with company managementteams and industry contacts, giving you an insider's view of the sector
• Directly communicate stock views and industry themes toinstitutional investors, trading desks, and other internalconstituencies, with full visibility and ownership commensurate with seniority
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall researchprocess and coverage strategy
• Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned

Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; advanced degree(MBA, MS) or CFA a plus
• 5-10+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably innetworking or optical hardware, with a demonstrated track recordcovering the sector from either the sell-side, buy-side, or industry
• Deep understanding of the neocloud and data center buildoutlandscape, along with an established network of customers, peers,and suppliers you can draw on to identify industry trends ahead of consensus
• Active FINRA Series 86 and 87 licenses required
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with experiencepublishing research and presenting directly to institutional audiences
• High fluency in accounting and financial statement analysis
• Superior financial modeling skills with demonstrated self-auditing discipline
• Proven capacity to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced,deadline-driven environment
• Self-starter who excels both independently and collaboratively,with the ability to own a coverage area and prioritize effectivelywith minimal direction
• Solid work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine passion fortechnology and markets

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role hasnot been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. Areasonable estimate of the current base salary is dependent upon theexperience and level that the successful candidate is hired, and willbe within the range of $175,000-$250,000. Colleagues may be eligiblefor additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on thecolleague's and the firm's performance.
