The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role hasnot been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonableestimate of the current range is $100,000-$150,000 depending onexperience. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionaryincentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm'sperformance. At Wedbush, Decisions regarding compensation aredetermined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety offactors including but not limited to skill sets; experience andtraining; licensure and certifications; and other business andorganizational needs.
