Job summary

QinetiQ US in Falls Church, VA seeks a Senior Analyst / Portfolio Manager to support the Defense Innovation Acceleration (DIA) office. You will assess rapid prototyping efforts, oversee concept and technical development, and provide programmatic oversight and transition planning aligned with strategic priorities and DoW guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, scientific, technical, management, or related discipline.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• A minimum of 10 years of defense/technology development experience.
• Experience with project management and analysis of prototypes.
• Ability to synthesize vast amounts of complex technical data into senior executive level information.
• Experience with OSW processes and procedures for supported tasks, including briefs and DoW/Congressional-level correspondence.
• Experience in prototyping solutions, R&E modernization, and joint warfighting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional and technical expert to assess and support oversight of rapid prototyping efforts, including concept development, technical development, programmatic oversight, assessments, and transition of capabilities that align to the DoW and other strategic priorities.
• Provide project management support for project proposal reviews, analysis, and funding recommendations.
• Responsible for analysis and evaluation of project effectiveness, assessing project development, and overall execution.
• Provide technical expertise to assist in discovering, assessing, and evaluating cutting edge technologies for the Joint Warfighting Concept.
• Prepare, coordinate, and staff ongoing projects and demonstrations (funding documents, memos, agreements, reviews, briefs).
• Collaborate with government labs, services, academia, and industry to ensure successful project execution.
