OGC Global is seeking a Senior Analyst to support a Life Insurance client. You will oversee and coordinate a team of analysts, taking ownership of projects, guiding the analytical approach, and ensuring timely delivery.

You will build strong client relationships, lead meetings, and translate findings into actionable recommendations while thriving in a fast-paced, client-focused consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in market research, customer experience, or analytics.
• Experience with financial services and/or insurance clients; life insurance preferred.
• Experience managing projects, workstreams, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating or managing junior team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to own work and lead a supporting team independently.
• PowerPoint and Excel proficiency; analytics platforms a plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned client projects and workstreams from planning through delivery.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and proactively identify and resolve risks.
• Manage multiple workstreams and priorities concurrently.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and understand business objectives.
• Lead client meetings, project discussions, and status updates.
• Communicate progress, findings, and recommendations clearly.
• Identify opportunities to add value and improve the client experience.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop and review client-facing presentations and reports.
• Support customer experience, market research, and journey initiatives.
• Develop knowledge of the life insurance industry and market trends.
