Role:The
Senior Analyst's primary responsibility is to use Asurion and client technology applications to perform analysis in support of the Client Program Management (CPM) team. The analyst will primarily be providing analytical support for multiple CPM operations including agent management, product quality, and operational metric management. We're looking for someone who is self-driven, innovative, and passionate in building creative solutions to solve our client's business problems.
Responsibilities:- Utilize client applications, business tools and analytic skills to develop reports, create dashboards, and deliver data products to identify opportunities and drive actionable outcomes.
- Be an expert in the collection, aggregation, and presentation of data from disparate sources through the ability to write queries and develop dashboards. Enhance processes through automation.
- Leverage the capability of our AWS big-data platform for near real-time identification of performance changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the business problem, gather business requirements, and deliver reporting products.
- Own the integrity of work and actions; operate with a high degree of autonomy in a direct support relationship to customers and meet all requirements with minimal management oversight.
- Identify opportunities and pursue process improvements within data products.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Word) at the advanced level preferred.
- Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data modeling tools used to construct visualizations and perform data analysis.
- Solid ability to create automated reports taking advantage of aggregations, proper formatting, and utilizing standard reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI).
- Able to prepare high-quality documentation and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills including confidence in dealing with people at all levels of the organization, ability to manage intake, and present insights.
Experience- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Analytics roles.
- Service in telecommunications, insurance industries or supply chain/logistics functions is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
