Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Basic understanding of consumer credit products, credit risk concepts, and portfolio performance drivers.
• Proficiency in Excel and quantitative tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication to present findings to partners.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity to learn about credit strategy, risk models, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with credit analysis and portfolio performance monitoring to help identify risk trends and shifts in key metrics.
• Support the development and maintenance of underwriting guidelines, policy documentation, and risk frameworks in line with business priorities.
• Prepare data-driven reports, presentations, and insights for credit leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Help evaluate credit exposures and recommend risk mitigation actions for standard credit scenarios, following established policies.
• Collaborate with Risk, Underwriting, and Finance teams to operationalize credit strategy and improve decisioning processes.
• Participate in special projects related to credit strategy, portfolio optimization, and risk governance.
• Engage in ongoing learning and development to build expertise in credit strategy, risk models, and industry best practices.
