Job Summary

The Senior Analyst, Commercial Reporting & Forecasting is responsible for supporting advanced data analytics and forecasting activities for the Oncology, Endocrinology, and Immunology biopharma products. The role requires a strong understanding of the biopharma market and collaboration with cross-functional teams across Global and US Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Medical Affairs, Finance, and IT. Knowledge of tools such as Veeva CRM, Qlik (Power BI), Model N, and other financial systems is essential.

This is a hybrid position based in Lake Zurich, Illinois, requiring onsite work 3 days a week.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $98,000 per year. The position is eligible for a bonus plan with a target of 6% of the base salary. Final compensation depends on experience, education, skills, and abilities. We offer comprehensive benefits to support our colleagues' health and well-being.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the establishment of a robust ASP forecast process using the new analytical tool (CAT Model) for each Fresenius Kabi biopharma asset, based on existing and future contracts.
2. Manage payer (MMIT) data analysis and reporting for all biopharma products, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and consistency.
3. Assist Marketing and Market Access in refining processes from payer wins to data targeting updates for the sales team.
4. Administer and maintain data sources across various departmental systems.
5. Support data integration and integrity within the CDP platform.
6. Ensure the accuracy of reports and provide guidance on data analysis.
7. Analyze data sets and KPIs to recommend improvements and identify opportunities.
8. Explain variances relative to targets.
9. Support competitive analysis and launch readiness activities.
10. Proactively monitor and audit data sources for related systems.
11. Assist with ad-hoc analytics and reporting requests from the broader biopharma team.
12. Potentially train or mentor other analysts or professionals outside the analytics team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required; MBA preferred.
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with 3+ years managing multiple projects.
• Strong analytical, influence, problem-solving skills, and ability to drive change in a matrixed environment.
• Self-driven and independent work ethic.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Innovative and strategic thinking with a desire to learn.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, Qlik, TM1, and Project.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including internationally.
