Extend seeks a Senior Analyst to join the Client Insights team, shaping how data protects and empowers merchant partners. You will bridge analytics with product strategy, sales, and merchant success, delivering actionable insights that impact sales and retention.

In this high‑impact role, you will build dashboards, analyze performance, and translate data into compelling business cases while partnering with product, risk, and analytics teams to drive ROI and guide the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in business analytics or BI.
• Experience with ecommerce or consumer brands preferred.
• Proficient in SQL and data modeling.
• Familiar with Snowflake and Tableau.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytical bridge between Sales and merchants, translating data into business cases and pricing models to support prospects.
• Partner with Merchant Success to build analyses that demonstrate ROI and support renewals.
• Design and deliver dashboards and performance reports based on merchant needs.
• Analyze product data with product/engineering to inform improvements and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Risk and Data teams to translate fraud analysis into merchant‑facing insights.
