As an independent fiduciary, Sierra Capital works across custodians, investment managers, and asset classes to develop and oversee portfolios tailored to each client's objectives. Our work includes investment policy development, asset allocation, manager selection and monitoring, portfolio implementation and rebalancing, consolidated reporting, and other family office services.

Role Description

Sierra Capital Partners is seeking a bilingual Senior Analyst / Associate, Wealth Management to join our Miami-based Wealth Management team. Candidates must have at least two years of relevant professional experience, with a preference for those with three or more years of experience, and must be professionally fluent in English and Spanish due to regular interaction with Spanish-speaking clients and counterparties.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior advisers and other members of the firm to support relationships with ultra-high-net-worth families and foundations. The role spans portfolio analysis, investment implementation, client service, reporting, and investment research, with meaningful exposure to both traditional and alternative investments.

We are seeking a polished, motivated professional who can take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, exercise sound judgment, and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work in a client-focused environment. Title and level will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Support senior advisers in the day-to-day management and servicing of ultra-high-net-worth client relationships.
  • Prepare portfolio analyses, performance reports, asset allocation reviews, and presentation materials for client meetings.
  • Monitor client portfolios, including investment performance, cash balances, asset allocation, liquidity needs, and adherence to investment objectives.
  • Support portfolio implementation and rebalancing across traditional and alternative investments.
  • Conduct investment and manager research and assist with the ongoing monitoring of external investment managers.
  • Prepare clear, concise analyses and presentations that translate complex investment information into actionable insights for clients and senior team members.
  • Assist with client meeting preparation, participate in meetings as appropriate, and coordinate follow-up items and client requests.
  • Support investment-related activity, including account funding, capital calls, distributions, transfers, and coordination with custodians, investment managers, and other financial institutions.
  • Review portfolio, transaction, and client information for accuracy and maintain complete and organized records across firm systems.
  • Coordinate with custodians, investment managers, accountants, attorneys, and other external professionals supporting client relationships.
  • Contribute to internal projects, technology initiatives, reporting enhancements, and process improvements across the firm.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience required, with 3+ years preferred, ideally in wealth management, a multi-family office, investment management, private banking, investment consulting, or a similar financial-services environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of investment concepts, including asset allocation, portfolio construction, performance measurement, and traditional and alternative investment strategies.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Addepar is preferred. Experience with other portfolio management, performance reporting, or CRM platforms is also beneficial.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, take ownership of assignments, and consistently produce accurate work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with clients, senior colleagues, investment managers, custodians, and other external parties.
  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, intellectual curiosity, and a client-service mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Progress toward or completion of the CFA, CFP, or another relevant professional designation is a plus.
  • Base salary: $80,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Annual performance-based bonus opportunity.
