Job summary

Sierra Capital Partners, LLC in Miami, FL, is seeking a Senior Analyst / Associate, Wealth Management to support UHNW client relationships through portfolio analysis, asset allocation, reporting, and investment research.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience (3+ preferred), a finance-related degree, and professional fluency in English and Spanish for client interactions. Attractive base salary, bonus, healthcare, and work-from-home day.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience required, 3+ years preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of investment concepts including asset allocation and portfolios.
• Fluent in English; professional Spanish proficiency for client interactions.
• Experience with Addepar is preferred; other PM/CRM tools are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support senior advisers in day-to-day management of UHNW client relationships.
• Prepare portfolio analyses, performance reports, and asset allocation reviews.
• Monitor investment performance, cash balances, liquidity needs, and objectives.
• Assist with portfolio implementation and rebalancing across investments.
• Conduct investment and manager research and monitor external managers.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for client meetings; coordinate follow-ups.
