The Carlyle Group, within Global Credit, is seeking a skilled fund management professional in New York to support accounting, finance and investor reporting for asset-backed financing programs. You will work closely with the fund team to manage capital activity, prepare quarterly updates and coordinate with external auditors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2–4+ years in private credit or accounting, and knowledge of US GAAP.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting/finance.
• 2–4+ years in private credit or private accounting.
• Knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with CLOs, term loans, revolvers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support fund management/operations including data analysis for fundraising materials.
• Coordinate with investment team, legal/tax counsel, and middle office for fund closings and entity structuring.
• Assist with tax documentation setup and LP diligence for new entities.
• Review valuation models and prepare quarterly metrics and revenue projections.
