The team is looking to grow their asset management team, and is looking to bring on additional Analysts/Senior Analysts to support the high volume of deal activity and growth of the portfolio. • Work collaboratively with investment teams, property managers, and other internal teams.
• Review loan agreements and monitor covenants.
• Analyze property and portfolio level financials.
• Prepare and maintain financial projections.

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience in asset management (debt or equity)
• Exposure to multifamily OR office assets
• Bachelors degree from an accredited university and in good academic standing
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Highly motivated, positive attitude, and team player
