A leading infrastructure advisory firm, seeking specialization in project development and project finance advisory services within the infrastructure and energy sectors, with a focus on emerging markets.

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of a financial model assessing project viability and profitability, along with various scenarios for sensitivity analysis
• Due diligence
• Preparation of a comprehensive Information Memorandum / Project Report / Financial Appraisal Report
• Resolution of queries raised by Lenders in the project appraisal stage in co-ordination with the Client

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. CFA/CA/CPA/MBA a plus.
• 1-6 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Experience with PPPs, renewable energy projects, or infrastructure assets.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including ability to build models from scratch.
• Experience with due diligence processes in infrastructure or energy projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
