Position Summary:
We're seeking to add a Senior Analyst to our team in New York City. This is a full-time, mid-level Analyst operations role. When you join Metro Vein Centers, you are joining a firm that will challenge you and invest in your professional development.
The Senior Analyst provides analytical and operational support to drive decision making and continuous improvement in the organization’s financial, operational, and clinical organization. The position incorporates elements of data analytics, research, systems management, continuous improvement, and business development at a growing multi-location healthcare company.

Key skills:
Demonstrated aptitude for data analysis.
Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Exposure to analytics tools and proficiency in Excel analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong preference given to candidates with experience in using DBT, SQL, Google BigQuery, Tableau, & HubSpot.
Must be detail-oriented and able to work on multiple projects in parallel.
Self-starter who learns quickly on the job.
Responsibilities:
Provide analytics, reporting, and insights for strategic projects, ongoing results/tracking of KPIs, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
Maintain tracking and trending of clinical capacity and other operations.
Assist in operational assessments of existing practices as well as in the preparation of business plans for new practices and/or lines of business.
Provide management team with identified risks, concerns, and opportunities discovered within prepared analyses; assist team in developing solutions.
Identify opportunities for operations or systems process improvements, provide analysis, propose change and communicate strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
2 years of experience in a related field as a data analyst
Proficiency in Tableau
Ability to work quickly and effectively on tight timelines.
Pass data aptitude test/case study/skills test
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
The hiring process will consist of 3 rounds: phone screening interview followed by a formal hour-long interview, concluding with a case study.
Pay Rate (Estimated) $80,000-$90,000
