Senior Analyst, Real World Evidence (RWE), US Remote based

This is a permanent, remote opportunity that can be worked from anywhere in the U.S.

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Real World Evidence (RWE) (US Remote) to provide programming and analysis support for Real World Evidence projects for Fortrea clients. The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of various sources of Real World Data used in analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide programming support for analysis of real-world data from sources including medical and pharmacy claims data, hospital data, electronic medical records, and prospective observational studies.
• Develop programming specifications based on project requirements and source data.
• Develop and validate analysis datasets from diverse file formats and data sources, internal or external.
• Create and validate graphs and tables for exploratory investigations, adaptable to changing project requirements.
• Ensure high-quality programming of analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures, with proper validation.
• Communicate project status updates accurately and timely to the project team.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computers, Engineering, Statistics, Health Informatics, Life Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, or Econometrics.
• Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements.

Experience (Minimum)

• 3-5 years of RWE analysis experience in CRO or pharmaceutical industry, or equivalent experience.
• Experience handling data from EHR/Claims databases (e.g., Optum, Marketscan, Flatiron).
• Proficiency in SAS and SQL programming.

Pay Range:

USD $80,000-95,000 annually
