Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in digital and mixed signal ASIC design and DSP algorithms.
• Strong fundamentals in Electrical Engineering with experience in ASIC Design and DSP.
• Solid mathematical background and proficiency in Digital Signal Processing theory.
• Experience with software models in ASIC design and verification.
• Leadership skills to influence teams and drive productivity.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital architecture and DSP algorithms, and perform RTL design and verification for digital and mixed signal ASICs.
• Address complex design and development challenges, including customer application issues, using product knowledge to validate design concepts.
• Engage in full ASIC design activities, including definition, architecture, DSP design, digital logic design, IP validation, verification, and synthesis.
• Integrate high-performance analog measurement circuits and develop DSP algorithms to enhance analog circuit performance.
• Participate in the verification and debugging of ASICs during product turn-on.
