Job summary

Omni Design Technologies, Inc. in Massachusetts seeks a senior analog/mixed-signal design engineer to drive automation of high‑performance ADC/DAC IP within the Automation Compiler Team.

You will lead the effort to transform manual designs into parameterized, reusable representations for multiple scenarios, leveraging Python and Skill to accelerate development across distributed teams. Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-performance analog or mixed-signal IC development.
• Experience with ADC/DAC design techniques and building blocks.
• Strong transistor-level circuit design understanding incl. noise/mismatch.
• Experience with analog/digital behavioral modeling or digital block synthesis.
• Proficiency with Cadence tools (Schematic Capture, Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE).
• Experience designing circuits for EM and ESD in submicron CMOS.
• Able to work independently and in a team; strong cross-location communication.
• Ability to automate and parameterize IP designs; lead compiler efforts.
• Coding skills in Python and/or Skill for automation.
• Strong drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
